Fortis Assurances Luxembourg is al ruim 150 jaar in Luxemburg aanwezig. De maatschappij ontstond in 1996 uit de fusie van AG Luxembourg en CGA Luxembourg, een filiaal van het Belgische CGER Assurances (ASLK Verzekeringen).
Ze bestaat uit Fortis Luxembourg-VIE S.A. en Fortis Luxembourg-IARD S.A., en heeft 157 werknemers in dienst.
